Trainee AI/ML Engineer

Join our AI Lab as a Trainee AI/ML Engineer and build practical experience developing AI-powered applications with Python, Large Language Models, and AI agents. You will learn from experienced engineers through structured mentorship, contribute to internal and client-facing initiatives, and strengthen your skills through research, experimentation, and hands-on development.

Required for this role

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Basic knowledge of Python

Understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science concepts

Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI

Strong motivation to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset

Your responsibilities

Learn and contribute to the development of AI-powered applications with guidance from experienced engineers

Support the implementation of solutions using Large Language Models, AI agents, and related technologies

Assist with prompt engineering, testing, and evaluation of AI solutions

Prepare, clean, and analyze data for AI and Machine Learning projects

Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools that support AI workflows

Participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping of new AI capabilities

Collaborate with team members on internal and client-facing AI initiatives

Follow emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, and share findings with the AI Lab team
