Description
Responsibilities
Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across databases, dashboards, and reports.
Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with business, BI, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
Handle BI support requests, including incorrect metrics, missing data, report refresh issues, and access problems.
Validate reporting logic and help users understand key metrics.
Maintain data quality checks, help automate recurring controls, and document common issues.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, BI Support, CRM analytics, or a related role.
Hands-on experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
Strong Excel and SQL skills.
Experience with BI reports and an understanding of how data moves from source systems to dashboards.
Clear communication with users and technical teams.
Nice to have
Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or automated data quality checks.
