1️⃣ Databricks Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, general BI, data platform architecture, and advanced data modeling.

2️⃣ SAP BW Context: solid background in SAP BW sufficient to analyze existing BW structures, models, and business logic for migration.

3️⃣ Enterprise Migration: Proven track record in large-scale data migration/modernization projects (ideally leveraging LLM-powered code translation or migration tools).

4️⃣ Cloud & Domain: Cloud experience with AWS (or comparable platforms); exposure to enterprise Finance domain processes is a big plus.

5️⃣ Location & Communication: Based in EU countries with English proficiency at B2/C1 level for smooth enterprise stakeholder communication.
