Andersen is launching a large-scale recruitment of entry-level Design specialists in Baku with unique conditions for those who want to start a career in UI/UX Design .

Our program is a structured and practice-oriented path into UI/UX Design combining training, hands-on work with real tools, and full preparation for starting on commercial projects as a UI/UX Designer.

Journey in the program:

Months 1–2 (intensive course): no scholarship

Months 3–5 (training): scholarship up to 630 AZN gross

Months 6–11 (work phase): salary up to 1360 AZN gross

Months 12–14 (advanced work phase): salary up to 2080 AZN gross

The training consists of two key stages:

1. Online intensive course UI/UX Design

The initial stage designed to provide a confident entry into the profession:

training is conducted in English ;

classes are held 2 times a week for 1.5-2 hours in the evening — ensuring a comfortable immersion into a new profession;

duration: 2 months — intensive format to quickly build a solid foundation;

the course curriculum consists of practice and home assignments;

the course ends with a project presentation;

a certificate is provided upon completion of the course;

mentors are Middle and Senior UI/UX Designers in our company.

Requirements for the intensive course:

Intermediate+ or higher level of English (verbal communication);

basic knowledge of UI/UX;

a portfolio on Behance/Dribble;

readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen .

2. Laboratory

Hands-on training and preparation for starting on a commercial project:

an intensive stage closely simulating real work conditions:

theoretical and practical training for working on commercial projects;

teamwork based on the SCRUM methodology under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead;

weekly progress tracking and feedback;

development of soft skills, presentation skills, and English practice;

participation in internal and training projects of the company;

mastering key UI/UX tools and development processes.

Laboratory Format:

3 months : from your first day in the Laboratory to your first day on a commercial project;

Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;

Focus on learning : this traineeship is primarily about gaining knowledge and skills.
