Technical Integration Specialist

Join a fast-growing iGaming project as a Technical Integration Specialist and take full ownership of how our affiliate tracking and integrations work under the hood. You will play a key role in keeping commission plans, postbacks, and attribution flows accurate across our partner network.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain commission plans in the affiliate platform (Affilka): RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, minimum deposit requirements, baseline terms, and custom deals.

Set up and troubleshoot S2S postbacks between the affiliate platform, tracking systems, and external partners (Affilka, Alanbase, Keitaro).

Verify the full attribution flow: click → registration → FTD → repeat deposits, including sub-parameters, macros, and ID tracking.

Set up affiliates, brands, promotional materials, and tracking links.

Investigate discrepancies in statistics between partners and the platform: reproduce issues, identify root causes, and escalate when needed.

Maintain documentation, including integration records, setup/configuration details, and Jira tasks.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a technical, integration, or affiliate operations role, preferably within iGaming, betting, or affiliate marketing.

Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, ideally Affilka or similar solutions.

Practical experience with tracking systems and S2S postback integrations; understanding of how postbacks are configured, tested, and troubleshot.

Solid understanding of the affiliate attribution flow: click → registration → FTD → repeat deposits.

Good knowledge of tracking parameters, sub-IDs, macros, click IDs, transaction IDs, and their role in attribution.

Experience setting up and maintaining commission plans, including RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, baseline conditions, and custom affiliate deals.

Ability to investigate tracking and statistics discrepancies, identify where data is lost or incorrectly transferred, and communicate findings to relevant teams or partners.

Experience working with tracking solutions such as Keitaro, Alanbase, or similar tools would be a strong advantage.

Basic understanding of HTTP requests, URLs, GET parameters, redirects, cookies, and API/S2S integrations.

Ability to independently test tracking links and integrations and validate whether events and parameters are transferred correctly.

Experience maintaining technical documentation and working with task management tools such as Jira.

Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting.

English sufficient for working with technical documentation.
