We're a dynamic team looking for a passionate Junior QA/SDET who's eager to master both manual and automated testing. You'll work directly alongside our senior engineers on real projects, starting with manual testing and progressively building your automation skills across multiple languages and frameworks.

About This Opportunity

We'll help you evolve from manual testing to building robust automation frameworks and discovering where your testing expertise can make the biggest impact.

What You'll Do

Start with comprehensive manual testing to deeply understand our applications

Gradually transition to writing automated tests, primarily in JS/TS stack

Build test automation for both frontend interfaces and backend services

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and bug reports

Develop automated test suites using modern frameworks

Participate in code reviews for both application code and test code

Collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle

Work directly with senior engineers who will guide your automation journey

Take ownership of quality assurance for features as your skills grow

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies

Basic programming knowledge in at least one language

Attention to detail and ability to think like a user

Understanding of web applications and how they work

Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools

Strong communication skills for clear bug reporting

English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Ability to work from our Ivano-Frankivsk office

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript

Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Jest, etc.)

Basic knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)

Understanding of CI/CD concepts

Experience with Git version control

Knowledge of SQL for database testing

Personal projects or coursework in testing/automation

Curiosity about different testing approaches and tools

Our Tech Stack

Frontend: React, React Native, Expo, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Nest.js/Node.js (primarily), with some Python and Go projects

Cloud: AWS
