About the Traineeship

The QA Manual Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning — it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.

This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become a QA Manual engineer in a short period of time.

What we offer:

3 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;

Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;

Focus on learning: this traineeship is primarily about gaining knowledge and skills. Successful graduates receive a Junior 1 offer

Who We Are Looking For

The one who understands the value of QA Manual technologies and wants to build a career in QA Manual.

Requirements:

Intermediate or higher level of English and/or German (verbal communication);

good knowledge of testing theory;

understanding of SQL;

understanding of WEB / Mobile apps;

work experience is not required;

will be a plus: technical background, any experience in programming, completed courses in testing area.

Will Be a Plus:

Intermediate or higher level of German will be a plus.
