Trainee / Junior QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who has completed QA courses or already has some practical experience in software testing.

You will start on a new project for an international client and work closely with our QA Lead. This will give you a chance to learn our processes, get real project experience, and take on more responsibility step by step. After your probation period, you will be able to work on other international projects, take part in client interviews, and communicate directly with clients.

What You’ll Do

Test web applications: functional, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing

Review requirements and ask questions when something is not clear

Create test cases, checklists, and bug reports in English

Share testing progress and results with the team and clients

Use AI tools to help with daily QA tasks, research, and documentation

Work closely with the QA Lead and learn from regular feedback

What We’re Looking For

Completed QA courses and/or 6+ months of practical experience in Manual QA

Understanding of QA basics: testing types, bug life cycle, and basic test design techniques

Ability to create clear and easy-to-understand bug reports

Basic knowledge of Browser DevTools, including Console and Network

English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

Ability to use AI tools for everyday work

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, ask questions, and take responsibility for your work

Nice to Have

Experience working with international clients or teams

Basic API testing skills with Postman

Experience with Jira, Linear, Trello, or other task-tracking tools

Experience testing websites on mobile devices and emulators

Interest in learning test automation
