Responsibilities:

Manage day to day engineering operations.

Manage 6 engineering teams.

Project vision and leadership.

Manage hands-on technical escalations.

Oversee infrastructure (reliability, uptime etc).

Interface business teams in London.

Drive quality, efficiency, technical excellence.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

Min 5 years of experience as a Node.JS, React.JS Software Engineer.

Min 2 years of experience as a Software Engineering Team Leader.

Min 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager.

Experience in handling high-complexity SaaS products.

Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers.

Strong architectural experience.

Strong hands-on technical background.

Started career as a software engineer.

Degree in Computer Science.
