About the Role:

We are looking for Senior Back-end (Go) Engineer who will join the team which work on the tools for moderation of posts, comments and replacing manual reviews with new AI tools.

Project - a large-scale social media platform that enables users to create, share and discuss content within topic-based communities. The project focuses on building and scaling features that support millions of users and high volumes of real-time interactions.

Armenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia

Requirements:

At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Back-end Engineer (Go/Python/Rust/Ruby) and 2 past years with primary focus towards Go.

Python experience is a great plus

Knowledge of basic datastore technologies (Cassandra, Redis, Postgres)

Experienced with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift, gRPC and the ability to design and implement maintainable APIs.

Familiarity with SQL

Familiarity with unit testing and other automated testing

Overlap time requirements:

till 12 PM PST on daily basic
