About the Traineeship

The QA Automation Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning — it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.

This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become a QA Automation Engineer in a short period of time.

What we offer:

3 months : from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;

Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;

Who We Are Looking For

The one who understands the value of test automation technologies and wants to build a career in AQA engineering.

Requirements:

Intermediate or higher level of English and/or German (verbal communication);

QA Manual experience and/or successfully completed courses in Software Manual Testing;

knowledge of the basics of autotesting tools;

any programming experience (Java, JS, Python, C#).

Will Be a Plus:

participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or AQA conferences;

Intermediate or higher level of German will be a plus.
