- 3+ years of production Bitcoin/blockchain experience
- Strong Bitcoin network and transaction knowledge
- Manual transaction construction
- UTXO management and coin selection
- PSBT / BIP-174
- SegWit
- Bitcoin Script and address types
- Secure wallet key management
- Multisig architecture and coordination
- BIP-48 and BIP-67
- P2WSH
- PSBT combination and finalisation
- Fee estimation and mempool analysis
- RBF and CPFP
- Witness data assembly
- BIP-143
- DER signature encoding and low-S enforcement
- Transaction lifecycle and stuck-transaction remediation
- UTXO indexing and balance computation
- UTXO consolidation
- Deposit and address monitoring
- HD wallet gap-limit handling
- Change-address derivation and address reuse prevention
- Descriptor-based wallet import and recovery
- Bitcoin finality, confirmation depth, dust limits and double-spend detection
- Experience designing systems combining backend, database and Bitcoin node
- Production Bitcoin custody or wallet infrastructure experience
Additional engineering requirements:
- TDD and/or BDD
- Domain-Driven Design
