Product Owner / Product Lead

We are looking for a highly intelligent and strategic Product Owner to join Out Of The Box Systems and take ownership of new and early-stage products within our company.

Your objective is to take ideas from concept to market-ready products and ultimately help turn them into profitable businesses.

This is not a traditional Product Owner role focused only on backlog management. The role is heavily focused on Marketing, UX Design, Fundraising, and High-Level Strategy. You will identify opportunities, shape product strategy, find paths to revenue, and execute go-to-market plans.

What You Will Do

Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Research, strategize, and pursue grant funding and other non-dilutive financing opportunities. You should know how to position and pitch a product to win capital.

UX & Product Design: You don’t just sell the product — you shape it. Design intuitive user flows, build wireframes, and make sure the product experience is frictionless before development.

Marketing & Go-To-Market: Build the marketing engine from scratch. Validate ideas, identify target markets, find early adopters, and create a path toward actual revenue.

Strategize & Advise: You will not wait for instructions. Analyze the market, advise company leadership on the best strategic moves, and build the roadmap to execute them.

Solve Complex Problems: Use AI, technology, resourcefulness, and first-principles thinking to bypass bottlenecks and move significantly faster than a traditional Product Owner.

Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher

Compensation — Skin in the Game

We reward results and profitable outcomes, not simply time spent at a desk.

Base: $500–$1,000/month

Performance Bonuses: milestone bonuses and revenue-sharing tied to funding, launch, customer acquisition, and profitability

Initial OTE: approximately $1,500–$2,000+ per month

Uncapped Upside: if the products launch successfully and scale, earning significantly more — potentially $10,000+ per month — is possible
