AI Developer (Python/Django + Next.js)

We are building a modern exam preparation platform and are looking for a proactive AI Developer to join our team. If you live and breathe artificial intelligence, follow the latest LLM releases, and write code in close collaboration with AI agents, we would love to see you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Supporting and developing the exam preparation platform (stack: Python/Django + Next.js) using LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) and AI agents.

Designing and building efficient AI pipelines for the automated generation, processing, and verification of educational content.

Troubleshooting and resolving product issues, taking the initiative for improvements (autonomy in defining tasks).

Working with Git, participating in team sprints, and collaborating with other developers and a designer.

Hard Skills & Experience:

LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of how modern models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) work. You know their strengths and weaknesses and understand when and which model to choose for a specific task.

Working with AI Agents: Confident daily work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.).

Prompt Engineering & Validation: Ability to task models to get the highest quality results, and the skill to critically review generated code/content.

Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of Python (Django) and Next.js.

Git: Solid proficiency with version control systems.

Autonomy: You know how to drive processes and work without detailed specifications, making architectural and technical decisions independently.

Curiosity: You keep your finger on the pulse of the AI industry, follow new tools, and quickly try them out in real-world work.

Nice to Have:

Practical experience with LLM APIs.

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).

Soft Skills:

Responsibility: Said and done; taking ownership of your tasks.

Critical Thinking: You don't just write code or accept answers from AI; you understand "why it is so" and "how to make it better."

Flexibility: Readiness to adapt to rapid changes in the project and in AI technologies.

Attention to Detail: Especially in reviewing generated content and pipeline architecture.
