Product owner

Play a leading role in the creation, development, and management of digital products within the Digital Services business direction.

Own and evolve the digital product portfolio, including:

TV & OTT products

Beyond-core digital services

Partnership-based and ecosystem products

Enrich the Azercell mobile application with app-exclusive loyalty products, offers, and functionalities, and drive the definition and execution of the product roadmap.

Define a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, digital strategy, and partner requirements.

Build, manage, and continuously refine end-to-end product strategies from concept and design through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

Establish effective collaboration models with stakeholders, including internal business units, technology teams, marketing, analytics, legal, and external partners, to ensure strategic alignment and smooth execution.

Translate market insights, user needs, and data analytics into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization criteria.

Lead product planning activities, including backlog management, roadmap planning, release planning, and dependency management.

Act as a key product representative within technology and commercial units, working closely with development teams on a daily basis as the product owner / product lead.

Ensure customer-centric design and usability, integrating user research, usability testing, and feedback loops into the product development lifecycle.

Monitor and analyze product KPIs and performance metrics after launch, ensuring regular reporting and transparent communication with stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for product improvement, monetization, and growth, using data-driven insights and market benchmarks.

Support and manage partnership projects, including coordination with partners on product integration, roadmap alignment, commercial models, and operational readiness.

Contribute to the development of business cases, high-level feasibility studies, and performance reviews for new and existing digital products.

Ensure products comply with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role within digital services, OTT/media, telecom, or technology-driven environments.

Hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital products, from concept and requirements definition to launch and post-launch optimization.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, analytics, legal, finance, and external partners.

Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including TV & OTT platforms, mobile applications, value-added services, or partnership-based products.

Proven ability to translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

Experience with product roadmapping, KPI definition, and performance tracking.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.

Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and working closely with development teams.

Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors, including product integration and roadmap alignment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong ownership mindset, proactivity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics

Customer-centric thinking and experience with user-driven product design

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
