We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who embraces AI-assisted development and understands how to leverage modern AI tools to maximize productivity and focus on solving real business problems rather than spending time on repetitive tasks.

About the Role

You will be working on GT Protocol's AI-powered trading and investment platform, helping build products used by thousands of users across Web3, CeFi, and DeFi ecosystems.

This role combines backend development, frontend development, AI integrations, trading infrastructure, blockchain analytics, real-time systems, and modern AI-driven engineering practices.

You will participate in designing and building scalable products while actively utilizing AI development tools as part of your daily workflow.

What We Expect from an AI-Driven Engineer

Comfortable using AI coding assistants as a core part of the development process

Experience working with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Windsurf, or similar solutions

Ability to effectively use AI for coding, architecture exploration, debugging, code reviews, documentation, testing, and research

Strong focus on shipping results rather than maximizing manual coding hours

Curiosity and willingness to continuously adapt to new AI-driven development workflows

Understanding that AI is a productivity multiplier, not a replacement for engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities and Duties

Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of a sophisticated AI-powered trading platform serving thousands of users worldwide

Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Build modern frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind

Integrate centralized and decentralized exchanges, blockchain networks, and third-party APIs

Design and implement real-time systems using WebSockets, Socket.IO, asyncio, and event-driven architectures

Develop AI-powered features, portfolio analytics, trading automation, and market intelligence tools

Build and maintain Telegram-based products and AI assistants

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, and other Developers

Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous platform improvements

Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across all platform components

Work Experience

4+ years of commercial software development experience

Experience building production-grade web applications and APIs

Experience working with cryptocurrency, trading, fintech, Web3, or blockchain products

Experience working in distributed remote teams

Bachelor's degree will be a plus
