UI/UX designer (AI and Browser Automations)

Our client is an innovative tech startup building an AI-powered platform for autonomous browser and web workflow automation.

The platform combines LLMs and browser automation to execute complex, multi-step web tasks and seamlessly integrate into enterprise business workflows for clients across the US.

You will be the core designer shaping the product experience, turning complex technical logic (AI agents, dynamic selectors, automation flows, and data mappings) into intuitive, sleek, and user-friendly interfaces.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with exceptional English communication skills to lead product design across our platform.

In this role, you will design complex dashboards, workflow visualizers, configuration panels, and AI interaction patterns. Because you will collaborate directly with international stakeholders, founders, and potentially participate in user interviews or client feedback sessions, a high level of spoken and written English proficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design: Deliver complete design solutions from initial user flows, wireframes, and concept sketches to high-fidelity UI mockups and clickable interactive prototypes in Figma.

Complex UI & Workflow Visualization: Design intuitive interfaces for sophisticated features like automation builders, agent run logs, integration mapping panels, and error-handling states.

Design System Management: Build, maintain, and scale a consistent design system, component library, and design tokens in Figma.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the CTO, engineers, and product team to align on technical feasibility, product specifications, and smooth developer handoff.

User & Stakeholder Communication: Articulate design decisions clearly, present concepts directly to leadership, and gather feedback from international users.

Requirements

English Proficiency: C1 or higher — capable of presenting design logic effortlessly and conducting user/stakeholder discussions in English.

AI Tool Fluency: Solid knowledge and active daily use of modern AI design tools (within Figma or as standalone platforms) to speed up workflows, iterate on concepts, generate design assets, and improve efficiency.

Proven Track Record: Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in designing complex B2B SaaS platforms, developer tools, dashboards, or data-heavy web applications.

Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Figma (Auto-layout, reusable component architectures, interactive prototypes, variables, and design tokens).

Systemic Thinking: Deep understanding of interaction design, user flows, edge cases, error states, and information architecture.

Product Sense & Autonomy: Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take ambiguous requirements and turn them into structured, elegant UX solutions.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for AI products, prompt-based interfaces, or low-code/no-code workflow builders.

Working knowledge of front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML/CSS, React component structures).

Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
