Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack developer with strong frontend expertise and comfort working on the backend. Most of the product's traffic comes from organic search, and conversion depends directly on page speed and UX quality, so this role is not just about writing code, but understanding how technical decisions affect business metrics. The split is roughly 70% frontend / 30% backend.

About the project: A ticket search engine for live events that lets users compare offers from multiple sellers in a single platform.

Qualifications:

● 4+ years of full-stack experience with a clear frontend weight.

● Expert-level Next.js: App Router, React Server Components, caching strategies, SSR/ISR trade-offs.

● Working Python for backend tasks: REST APIs, data modeling, third-party integrations, etc.

● Proven track record of measurably improving Core Web Vitals on a real high-traffic product.

● Strong CSS and UI craft.

● Experience working autonomously in an async remote team.

● Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

● Background in marketplace / e-commerce / travel / ticketing products.

● Experience with Elasticsearch, or building search-heavy products more broadly.

● Experience with multi-locale / multi-currency sites.

What you'll be doing:

● Building and evolving product features in Next.js / React / TypeScript - event pages, search, ticket comparison, checkout handoff.

● Directly owning Core Web Vitals and TTFB on high-traffic pages.

● Treating technical SEO as an engineering problem: rendering strategy, structured data, i18n across dozens of countries.

● Extending backend services and APIs in Python and Node.js that normalize inventory data from dozens of sellers.

● Working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.
