The project team is part of a commercial software delivery organization focused on building and maintaining customer-facing applications. The department works in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. The team is expanding and is looking for an expirience Senior Manual QA to join the project.

Requirements

5+ years of work experience in testing enterprise WEB applications.

Good problem solving skills with an attitude for learning.

Good interpersonal, speaking and written communication skills.

Organized and self-directing with the ability to identify priorities and achieve results.

Participant in enterprise software development cycles.

Ability to work in small teams and complete tasks independently when needed.

Hands-on role in testing efforts, maintaining, and executing test scripts, database validation, testing, software and web testing.

Prior work experience with unit testing, functional testing, regression testing, UAT, engineering support.

Ability to interpret results, identify trends and communicate appropriately

Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, including LLM-based applications.

English level: Upper-Intermediate

Job responsibilities

Test current products and identifying issues.

Suggest solutions to identified product problems.

Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.

Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.

Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.

Oversee continuous improvement projects.

Interact with the customer regarding ongoing activities.

Create/track/retest software defects in designated defect tracking tool.

Create/review/update new/existing test suite.

Leveraging AI tools to boost manual testing efficiency, optimize QA workflows, and validate AI-enabled products and features.
