Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong production experience in AI engineering and a solid commercial background in legal / commercial contracts.

Both areas are mandatory. A strong AI Engineer without hands-on experience working with commercial contracts will not be a fit for this role.

Must-Have Skills

AI / ML Engineering

Strong commercial experience with Python

Production experience with LLM-based and agentic AI systems

Experience designing AI agent architectures

Hands-on experience with tool use and MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Experience with OCR / Document AI

Experience parsing and processing documents, images, tables and structured/unstructured data

Experience with LLM evaluation and testing

Practical approaches to hallucination detection, mitigation and control

Experience building reliable, production-ready AI systems

Commercial Contracts / Legal Domain

Hands-on commercial experience working with commercial contracts is required.

The candidate should understand:

Master Agreements

Amendments

Statements of Work (SOWs)

Exhibits / Attachments

Amendment chains and contract versions

Order of precedence

Identifying and resolving conflicts between contractual documents

Common commercial contract clauses

Extracting, comparing and reasoning over contractual terms

What You'll Do

Design and develop production-grade LLM and agentic AI solutions

Build AI agents capable of working with complex commercial contract documents

Develop document processing pipelines covering OCR, text, tables and images

Implement tools and MCP-based integrations for AI agents

Build evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for LLM-based systems

Improve reliability and reduce hallucinations in production AI workflows

Work with complex contract structures, amendments and related documents

Translate business and legal requirements into robust AI solutions
