AI-native Technical Project / Product Manager (Complex Banking and Enterprise Platform)

We're looking for a Technical PM who owns delivery of digital banking products built on Trigger Neobank Engine — from pre-sale and scope negotiation to production launch.

We'd prefer working with an open-minded, fast-learning middle-grade specialist rather than a well-seasoned, snail-paced C-level genius.

We expect you to run your project with AI: meeting and call processing, scope and estimate drafting, risk analysis, status reporting, requirement decomposition, client correspondence, documentation, and custom agents for your own routine. A PM who still does all of this by hand is a bottleneck. Candidates without practical AI experience will not be considered.

🚀 Project

Trigger Neobank Engine enables banks, fintechs, and telecoms to launch full digital banking products — onboarding, payments, cards, credit modules, corporate banking — 5x faster and at 10x lower cost. Our clients are banks and telecoms in emerging markets. Projects are technically deep, regulated, and business-critical.

🎯 Requirements

Own the project from the start or earliest stage

Be an entrepreneur and act as the customer's agent: build client relations and business insight, propose extra services the customer actually needs

Take part in pre-sale and up-sale on your account — and help with other pre-sales

Take an active part in technical negotiations of scope and architecture, and in defining the business terms of contracts

Work with business stakeholders to define project vision, goals, and product functionality

Control KPIs (profitability, revenue, utilization) and act to keep them at the best possible level

Plan, manage, and monitor execution; deliver on time and within budget

Supervise delivery through active leadership of the team; ensure projects are tailored and delivered according to the best-fit delivery model

Provide high-quality risk analysis; track, act upon, and communicate risks properly to your customers

Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management — including AI-based ones

🛠 Required Skills

At least 5 years of commercial experience in project management

Real, provable experience using AI tools and AI agents in daily work — mandatory

Multitasking: proven ability to manage 3+ medium-size projects simultaneously

Proactive mindset is a must

Technical skills/knowledge is a must

Understanding of basic IT architecture principles

Understanding of how APIs work; ability to use Postman to test APIs

Profound knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills for both customers and engineering teams

Risk management skills

Leadership skills

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives; ability to propose solutions to achieve them

Intermediate level of English and higher

⭐ Nice to have

Fintech/banking delivery background: payments, cards, onboarding, KYC, core banking integrations

Experience with regulated enterprise clients and their procurement/security review processes

Product-side experience: discovery, roadmap, prioritization, metrics

Own AI workflows: custom agents, prompt libraries, automated reporting pipelines

Experience with configuration-driven or platform products (not custom one-off development)
