SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Specialist

Manage and maintain Core SAP HCM functional sub-modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll).

Support, configure, and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning Management).

Support data migration and mapping activities from legacy SAP HCM on-premise systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Oversee integration and data synchronization between SAP HCM On-Premise systems and SAP SuccessFactors Cloud modules via CPI/PI/PO.

Analyze business requirements for HR processes, design solution blueprints, and perform system configuration and customization.

Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, tax regulation changes, and data privacy standard requirements in HR systems.

Provide operational support and issue resolution for HR business users, conducting root cause analysis for system failures.

Develop functional specifications for custom HR enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces, partnering with technical development teams.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

4+ years of functional configuration experience in SAP HCM (PA, OM, TM, and/or PY).

Hands-on experience or certification in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central or other core SF modules preferred).

Solid understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) middleware data flows.

Experience in handling annual HR operational cycles, tax updates, and HR reporting/analytics.

Strong project management skills and customer-oriented service mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
