We are looking for an Middle IT Business Analyst to join our team.
Required Skills:
4+ years of successful experience in IT, covering the full BA lifecycle: from initial requirements gathering to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support and maintenance.
Proven practical experience in making decisions and effectively prioritizing requirements in projects, collaborating with the PM/PO (Project Manager/Product Owner).
Experience in creating specifications, user stories / use case descriptions, UI prototypes, and UML diagrams.
Practical experience in API analysis (JSON, XML, webhooks/callback mechanisms), generating technical requirements, and working with tools like Postman / Swagger.
Proficiency in working with Jira, Confluence, and Postman.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing support.
Skills in meeting facilitation, requirements clarification, and experience participating in UAT, Demos, and Refinement sessions.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements in plain language for both business stakeholders and technical teams.
English — Intermediate+ (for documentation & communication).
Ability to work with a product that is actively scaling and changing.
Will be a plus:
Experience in Fintech / E-commerce projects: understanding of payment processes, integrations, security, and merchant management.
Responsibilities:
Gathering, analyzing, and structuring requirements for product development.
Analyzing API documentation and setting up tasks for integration development.
Communication with stakeholders, business representatives, and development teams.
Detailed specification of requirements (business, functional, and non-functional).
Developing user interface (UI) prototypes.
Handling change requests and assessing their impact.
Participation in backlog refinement, preparation of UAT scenarios, and supporting the delivery process.
Maintaining effective interaction and a transparent process within the team.
