Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Gather project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a detailed project plan.

Identify project risks, constraints, and assumptions.

Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure clear ownership of tasks.

Lead and manage team members, set performance expectations, and guide the project throughout its lifecycle.

Develop and maintain project timelines, including critical path analysis and milestones.

Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues.

Plan risk response strategies and mitigation actions to keep the project on track.

Maintain project documentation, including project charters and requirements, ensuring all project-related documents are accurate and accessible.

Ensure clear and open communication among cross-functional team members.

Prepare and distribute project status reports.

Define and manage project scope, including handling change requests and scope creep, while ensuring alignment with core project objectives.

Provide 24/7 support during critical issues to ensure project continuity, and lead rapid decision-making when needed.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with project management tools.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Knowledge of software or product lifecycle management.

Proven work experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, Agile Coach, or in a similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with Risk Management and Quality Assurance oversight.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong ability to understand client/business requirements is essential.

Fluent in Azerbaijani; Advanced level of English.

Note: This is an outstaff position with an official employment contract.
