Technical Skills

-3+ years of commercial Golang development experience in production systems

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with gRPC and Kafka for high-performance service communication and

event streaming

• Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL or Google Spanner) including schema

design, indexing, and query optimization

• Experience with profiling and benchmarking Go applications (pprof or similar)
• Ability to design and implement complex automated processes such as cron jobs with

dependencies, retries, and monitoring

• Skilled in writing clear API documentation and technical specifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Self-driven with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Languages:

Ukrainian — Native

English — Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)

Russian — a plus (large part of team is Russian-speaking people from Latvia and Kazahstan)
