Embedded Software Engineer – BSP

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join the BSP team and work on the development and maintenance of low-level firmware and Board Support Packages for advanced hardware platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with hardware, validation, and VLSI teams to enable seamless hardware-software integration and contribute to the development of next-generation products.

Your task:

Design, develop, and maintain BSP and low-level firmware based on Zephyr RTOS

Develop and integrate device drivers, board configurations, and platform services

Implement management interfaces and protocols such as MCTP, IPMI, PLDM, NC-SI, and Redfish

Support platform monitoring, control, and system management features

Participate in board bring-up activities and chip/platform integration

Develop Python and Bash tools for platform management, testing, and automation

Collaborate with hardware, validation, and VLSI teams to ensure reliable system integration

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in embedded software or firmware development in a Linux environment

Strong programming skills in C

Experience with Python and Bash scripting

Understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols

Knowledge of hardware/software interfaces such as I2C, SPI, GPIO, UART

Experience working close to hardware and SoC/board-level development
