Description
We’re hiring a CAD/BIM specialist with about 2 years of experience to transform laser scan and point cloud data into precise drawings and 3D models for architectural and engineering projects.
What you’ll do
Develop and update CAD drawings and BIM models using point cloud data
Produce floor plans, sections, elevations, and basic 3D models
Verify dimensions and make sure all deliverables accurately reflect the source data
Collaborate with the team to clarify project requirements and deliver on schedule
Learn and apply tools that streamline repetitive modeling tasks
What we’re looking for
About 2 years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting or BIM modeling
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
Ability to read architectural drawings and understand building layouts
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
English good enough for everyday work communication
Openness to learning point cloud workflows and new software
Nice to have
Experience with point clouds or Scan-to-BIM projects
Familiarity with tools like ReCap or CloudCompare
Basic knowledge of Dynamo, scripting, or workflow automation
