Senior Product Manager, AI

Remote, Poland (Warsaw or Kraków preferred) · Full-time contract · Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Poland time (required)

Rx360 is building a wearable and AI companion that helps seniors live independently and stay connected to the people who care about them. Our mission is to give older adults confidence in their everyday lives, and to give their families peace of mind.

Our team works across hardware, firmware, software and AI. We move quickly, care deeply about the people we build for, and hold a high bar for quality and trust.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for our AI. You'll shape how intelligence shows up across our wearable and app, and help define what a truly helpful AI companion looks like for older adults.

What You Will Do

Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Rx360's AI Companion

Turn complex AI and machine learning capabilities into simple, intuitive experiences

Tell a clear story about where the product is going and why

Understand users deeply through research, data and direct feedback

Write clear product requirements, from early concepts to launch criteria

Define how we measure AI quality and decide when features are ready to ship

Partner with data science and engineering on data, evaluation and model improvement

Work closely with hardware, firmware, app and clinical teams to deliver end to end

Prioritize and make sound trade-offs with incomplete information

Communicate progress, risks and decisions to leadership

Support pilots and launches, and use what we learn to shape what's next

What You'll Bring

5+ years of product management experience, including shipping AI or ML-powered products to real users

Strong working knowledge of machine learning: data, evaluation, metrics and trade-offs

Experience with LLMs, conversational AI or voice assistants

Experience with connected devices, wearables or sensor data

A track record of leading cross-functional teams from idea to launch

Strong product judgment for non-technical users

Excellent written and spoken English

Comfort working remotely and asynchronously across time zones

Curiosity, humility and a bias for action

Empathy for older adults and the people who care for them

Nice to Have

Experience with wearables

Background in digital health or consumer health technology

Experience with on-device or embedded ML

Startup experience through early launches
