About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a project focused on use case onboarding, data modelling, and data governance within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain.

The role will focus on translating real-world datasets into governed entity models, representing business demand, and ensuring that platform capabilities are developed around genuine business use cases.

Responsibilities

Convert real datasets into governed entity model instances

Represent the demand side of the platform and translate business needs into relevant use cases

Ensure platform capabilities are aligned with genuine business requirements

Work closely with stakeholders, including data governance teams

Contribute to data modelling and governance activities

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Fluent English

Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, including entities, properties, relationships, cardinality, and grain

Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

Proven stakeholder management experience, including collaboration with data governance functions

Sufficient technical proficiency to work with command-line tools and YAML

Proven proficiency with an AI coding agent, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent proficiency within two weeks

Nice to Have

Experience with Collibra or a comparable data governance platform

Knowledge of AI tooling and data governance solutions
