Job Description

Expert-level C# and .NET — designing and building robust web applications and services

Strong software architecture background — defining and governing patterns for scalable enterprise systems

Frontend experience with Angular or React

Hands-on experience with public cloud (AWS or Azure)

Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Solid grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Relational database expertise (MS SQL Server or Postgres)

Healthcare industry experience, including relevant compliance and security requirements

Excellent communication skills and English— able to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and partners

Job Responsibilities

Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure enterprise applications in the cloud

Define and enforce architectural patterns and standards across the platform

Drive .NET solution delivery, following best practices and high coding standards

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting technical excellence

Own planning, scoping, and delivery of complex features in an agile process

Research and design solutions for patient identity and data security challenges

Partner with product, QA, and UX to turn business needs into technical specs

Champion CI/CD and automated testing practices

Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the development process

Document architectural decisions and technical designs for the team

Own the technical quality and delivery of assigned modules and features

Drive performance, security, and maintainability improvements across the platform
