Senior Backend / Technical Lead

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of backend engineering experience

Experience as Senior Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead

Strong hands-on backend skills (Golang, PHP)

Experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems

Strong system design and architecture skills

Ownership mindset, responsible for technical decisions and delivery

English, Intermediate or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the Technical Lead of the product

Take full ownership of product development and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met

Manage the full software development lifecycle and engineering roadmap

Design and drive the system architecture and technical implementation

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security

Drive technical innovation, tool selection, and engineering best practices

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Support and mentor the engineering team

Actively contribute as a hands-on engineer and participate in product development

Continuously improve and evolve the product architecture and technical quality
