We are hiring: Senior Systems & Network Administrator

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems & Network Administrator to join

our IT Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and improving the

company's IT infrastructure across offices and vessels. The role combines systems administration, enterprise

networking, infrastructure projects and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy, Hyper-V

virtualization

Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure (100+

users is an advantage)

Administer enterprise network infrastructure,

including Firewalls, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN and VLANs.

Experience administering Microsoft 365 services.

Implement and maintain backup, monitoring and endpoint security

solutions.

Support company offices and vessels

Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Support and develop the 3CX telephony infrastructure.

Resolve technical incidents and participate in infrastructure improvement

projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Systems and Network

Administration.

Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory,

DNS and Group Policy.

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking

(Firewalls, VPN, VLAN, Routing, NAT/DNAT).

Experience with Hyper-V

virtualization.

Experience with Microsoft 365.

Experience with backup and monitoring solutions

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Higher

technical education is preferred.

Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft,

Cisco, Fortinet, CompTIA, etc.) are considered an advantage.

Good written

and spoken Russian and English.

Personal Qualities:

Responsible and self-motivated.

Strong

problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and under

pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
