Senior / Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of the validation department plans to ensure the alignment with the company overall objectives and business plans.

Review validation documents in alignment with quality systems and regulatory guidelines.

Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate Validation activities.

Prepare/Review HVAC qualification protocol and follow related activities.

Perform/Review thermal mapping studies for all controlled areas and equipment.

Prepare/Review products process validation protocols/report and follow related activities.

Prepare/Review cleaning validation protocols/reports and follow related activities.

Prepare machines/equipment qualification protocols/reports and follow related activities.

Prepare/Review QC equipment and devices calibration and qualification.

Prepare/Review different validation activities (e.g. Spreadsheet validation, glassware, etc.).

Follow up calibration system plans and activities for SCANDENS.

Prepare/Review Trending reports.

Performing tasks assigned by the management in accordance with knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.

Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Good knowledge of MS Office programs

Other:

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Project management and team-oriented working ability

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities

In-depth knowledge of process and cleaning validation

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Workplace: Hokmali village, Absheron district, 15 km from the Baku-Shamakhi highway. (Preference will be given to candidates residing in the specified area.)
