Senior GTM Engineer / Outbound Systems Lead (B2B SaaS)

Scryon is an AI-powered platform helping B2B organizations discover and prioritize conferences, trade shows, speaking opportunities, and industry events that generate real pipeline and revenue.

We are seeking a specialist who will build and independently manage a B2B outbound system for Scryon from scratch: identify the best ICPs, create and validate databases, set up technical infrastructure, launch personalized email campaigns, and ensure positive responses from the sales team.

What you'll do

• Define and continuously refine ICPs, buyer personas, and target segments.
• Build and maintain prospect databases.
• Design and manage outbound workflows.
• Configure and optimize CRM processes.
• Set up and manage email infrastructure, domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Launch and optimize outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Monitor deliverability and sender reputation.
• Create outreach messaging and test positioning hypotheses.
• Qualify positive responses and hand over sales-ready opportunities.
• Track key funnel metrics and continuously improve performance.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in outbound, GTM, growth operations, RevOps, or sales operations.
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability.
• Experience working with North American markets.
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without detailed instructions.

Nice to have

• Experience in event marketing, demand generation, conferences, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Make, Zapier, and email verification tools.
• Experience hiring or managing SDR, research, or operations specialists.
