Middle/Senior Business and Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Business and Systems Analyst with Italian to join a team delivering projects for a large international organisation in the financial sector.

The project focuses on developing and optimising processes and systems used in the Italian market. The person in this role will work closely with business representatives, IT teams, and client-side stakeholders.

Their responsibilities will include analysing requirements and processes, identifying dependencies between systems, and validating proposed solutions.

This is a stable, long-term project delivered in an international environment and supporting the client’s ongoing business process and systems transformation.

Responsibilities Gathering, analysing, and managing functional and non-functional requirements. Working with business stakeholders from the Italian market Identifying and analysing touchpoints between processes, applications, and systems.

Modelling business processes and system solutions using BPMN and UML. Preparing analytical documentation, functional specifications, diagrams, and models. Validating solution concepts in cooperation with architects, developers, and business owners. Preparing test scenarios and supporting business and system testing.

Analysing system integrations and data flows between systems. Working with project teams operating in Agile environments Ensuring consistency across requirements, processes, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Experience as a Business and Systems Analyst Experience managing functional and non-functional requirements Ability to prepare test scenarios.

Very good knowledge of BPMN and UML.

Experience working in Agile environments Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence Experience with tools such as Camunda, Enterprise Architect, or similar Ability to work independently, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills English at a minimum B2 level Italian at a minimum B2 level — mandatory

Nice to Have:

Experience working on projects for banks, financial institutions, lending companies, or other organisations in the financial sector. Knowledge of financial, payment, lending, or receivables management processes. Knowledge of the WEBCON BPS platform. Experience analysing system integrations and end-to-end processes. Experience working in an international environment.
