Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React)

This role requires visiting the Warsaw office approximately once per quarter.

This is an AI-driven real-time market intelligence platform for the global fresh produce industry.

The platform synchronizes supply and demand data across 30,000+ growing regions and 115+ commodity categories, combining export data, pricing, volumes, weather, and other market signals. It helps growers, retailers, distributors, and investors make faster, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and scale backend services using Python.

Split and evolve existing APIs into independent, scalable services.

Build and optimize React and React Native interfaces.

Develop and maintain data ingestion and processing workflows on GCP.

Work with large-scale datasets in BigQuery.

Integrate structured LLM-based and agentic AI solutions into the product.

Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Contribute to infrastructure and architectural decisions.

Work directly with the CTO and take ownership of technical solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of overall commercial software development experience.

5+ years of hands-on Python backend development.

2+ years of commercial experience with React.

Any commercial experience with React Native.

English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
