Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js / React)

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong Node.js and React experience to join our international team.

This role involves building and scaling applications, working with high-load backend services, and developing frontend functionality. We value clear communication, practical problem-solving, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Build and improve frontend functionality with React.
• Work on application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and scale message consumers, background workers, and queue-based processing.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with the team on technical decisions and implementation.
• Use AI development tools thoughtfully, reviewing generated code for correctness and maintainability.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience handling high-load or high-traffic applications.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queue technologies.
• Experience scaling message consumers and background workers.
• Fluent English, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and communicate effectively.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and an interest in current AI tools and practices.

Experience in a particular industry is not required - your technical expertise matters most.

Nice to have

• Experience managing and optimizing MySQL databases with large datasets or high workloads.
• Experience with the ELK stack.
• Hands-on experience developing applications with React.
