SAP PP Consultant (Middle Level)

The successful candidate will be responsible for

supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving SAP Production Planning (PP) processes within

our SAP S/4HANA RISE environment. The role requires close collaboration with Production,

Planning, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), Procurement, and IT teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations

and long-term business process optimization.

Key

Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and optimize SAP Production Planning (PP) processes in the SAP

S/4HANA RISE environment.

Analyze business requirements and translate

them into SAP PP solutions aligned with operational needs.

Understand

existing business processes and customized SAP PP configurations and support future process improvements in

collaboration with business users and external SAP partners.

Investigate

and resolve production-related incidents, system issues, and user requests.

Support change requests, configuration updates, testing (SIT/UAT), transports, and production

deployments.

Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, QA,

Maintenance (PM), and IT teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Ensure proper integration between SAP PP and MM, EWM, QM, PM, and SD

modules.

Prepare functional specifications, business process

documentation, testing evidence, and end-user training materials.

Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and

business performance.

Act as the internal SAP PP Consultant and gradually

take ownership of the solution to reduce dependency on external implementation partners.

Configure and maintain production master data including:

Bills of Materials

(BOM)

Routings

Work Centers

Production Versions

Support and optimize:

Material Requirements Planning

(MRP)

Production Orders /

Process Orders

Capacity

Planning

Production

Scheduling

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Supply

Chain, or a related field.

2-4 years of hands-on

experience as an SAP PP Consultant.

Experience working

with SAP S/4HANA RISE or other SAP S/4HANA environments.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning business

processes.

Experience working in a manufacturing

environment is required.

Experience in

the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong advantage, but is not

mandatory.

Good understanding of manufacturing master data

management.

Experience supporting production environments and resolving

business issues.

Good understanding of integration between SAP PP and MM,

EWM, QM, PM, and SD.

Experience participating in testing activities

(SIT/UAT), production support, and change management.

Ability to

understand business processes and provide practical SAP solutions.

Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and

ability to work closely with business users.

English at intermediate

level or higher (written and spoken).

Desirable:

Experience with regulated manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of Batch Management and production traceability.

Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to Production Planning.

SAP PP Certification is considered an advantage.

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or similar application lifecycle management

tools.
