At ZentixSoft, we are currently expanding our outstaffing operations for a key US-based fintech project and looking for a strong Senior Rust Backend Engineer with direct EVM blockchain integration experience.

Role: Senior Rust Backend Engineer (Fintech / Blockchain / EVM).
Format: Full-time outstaff engagement, 100% Remote (EU-based).
Start Date: ASAP.
Schedule: Flexible with required partial overlap with US PST hours.
Project Scope: US early-stage fintech platform combining on-chain transactions with traditional banking/payment flows. High level of autonomy, zero micromanagement, and full ownership over production services.
🎯 Key Requirements (Must-Have):
Rust Production Experience: 7+ years in commercial software engineering with 2–3+ years of active Rust in production.
EVM / Blockchain Integration (Critical): Direct hands-on experience building backend systems interacting with Ethereum / EVM chains (RPC, event indexing, transaction lifecycle, key signing, chain reorganizations).
Database & Financial Logic: Strong PostgreSQL (audit trails, transaction integrity) and experience in precision-critical systems (payments, ledgers, lending).
Communication: Fluent written/verbal English for direct technical discussion and architectural reasoning.
