Description

About the Product & Team

Our client is an innovative, fast-growing tech startup developing a next-generation AI agent for autonomous browser and web workflow automation for businesses across the US.

This is a highly complex, new area of software engineering, and we are looking for a Product Manager to own the product's trajectory.

You will join a lean, engineering-driven team where your work directly shapes the core AI product, solves real-world customer automation challenges, and drives adoption of agentic AI systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a stellar, proactive Product Manager to drive the product roadmap, user adoption, and enterprise integrations for this autonomous AI agent platform. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of high-level product strategy, customer-facing discovery, and deeply technical execution.

You will collaborate closely with the founders, CTO, and engineering team to translate complex technical systems—LLM inference, runtime error recovery, and dynamic DOM automation—into seamless enterprise customer workflows. The bar for this role is high for both product sense and English communication.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute feature delivery across core AI agent capabilities, workflow visualization, and enterprise connector ecosystems.

Customer Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, interviews, and feedback loops with US enterprise clients to identify friction points and translate them into high-impact product features.

Technical Translation: Partner directly with engineering to turn ambiguous business workflows into crystal-clear product specifications, accounting for complex edge cases.

Onboarding & Adoption: Optimize client onboarding from initial setup to production rollout, ensuring a frictionless, self-serve experience for non-technical stakeholders.

Product Metrics: Monitor agent execution telemetry, conversion rates, and integration stability to continuously reduce time-to-value for new client deployments.

Requirements

Communication: Stellar C1–C2 / Fluent English with confident verbal presentation skills and comfort leading deep-dive discovery calls with US clients.

Product Experience: Proven track record as a PM in B2B SaaS, developer tools, RPA, or workflow automation platforms.

Technical Acumen: Understanding of technical concepts (APIs, DOM, web fundamentals, LLMs) to effectively communicate and negotiate with engineering teams.

Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to operate independently and make tactical decisions in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.

AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI-native tools for spec writing, data analysis, and product ideation.
