Key

Responsibilities

Provide technical engineering support for Power, Electrical, Automation

and Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems .

Support vessel and

equipment upgrades, modifications, new installations and equipment mobilization projects.

Develop feasibility studies, technical proposals, conceptual designs, engineering packages

and Scopes of Work (SOW) .

Review electrical

drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules, load calculations, control philosophies and vendor

documentation.

Lead technical evaluations of vendor offers

( TBE ) and participate in bid clarification and supplier selection.

Prepare and review Material Requisitions (MR), Purchase Requisitions (PR),

technical specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM) .

Coordinate technical interfaces with vendors, clients, shipyards and Classification

Societies.

Provide engineering support during

manufacturing, SAT, commissioning, sea trials and project close-out .

Support shipyards and prefabrication facilities on electrical power distribution, automation

and control systems.

Participate in onboard surveys, troubleshooting,

maintenance campaigns, equipment assessments and modernization projects.

Maintain technical documentation, including as-built drawings, engineering dossiers,

commissioning reports and technical queries.

Ensure compliance with

project specifications, Classification Society requirements, international standards, QMS and HSEQ

requirements.

Support standardization of electrical, automation and

control systems, including hardware, software and cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

Higher education in a relevant engineering discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas

Construction sector .

Strong knowledge of electrical

systems, power distribution, automation and control systems .

Ability to perform electrical inspections, maintenance and breakdown

analysis.

Ability to organize and prepare worksites, including tooling

selection, scope review and HSE analysis.

Experience with offshore

vessels, Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems , commissioning or shipyard activities would be

highly relevant.

Fluent English and

Azerbaijani .

Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving

skills.
