Manual QA Engineer for Acumatica ERP

Sprinterra is an Acumatica ISV and Development Service Provider, working with Acumatica since 2013 and winner of the 2026 Acumatica Development Excellence Award.

We are looking for a manual QA engineer who wants to own the system, not just execute test cases. You will test Acumatica products, customizations, and integrations, become the internal expert on the functionality, and for the right person, grow into business analysis.

What you will do

Test Acumatica customizations, ISV products, and integrations across releases and upgrades.

Regression-test standard Acumatica functionality during upgrades, not only customizations.

Design and maintain test cases and regression suites around business scenarios.

Report and track defects in Jira, verify fixes, close the loop with developers.

Review requirements before development and raise gaps and contradictions early.

Build deep product knowledge: configuration, business logic, real customer usage.

What we expect

2+ years of manual QA on web-based business applications.

Strong QA fundamentals: test design, documentation, defect lifecycle, regression.

Working SQL for data verification.

Willingness to learn a large ERP end to end and become the expert on it.

English at B2 or above for direct work with US-based colleagues and partners.

Active use of AI in daily QA work: generating test cases, summarizing specs and release notes, drafting defect reports, analyzing logs, preparing test data, and reviewing the output critically.

Significant plus

ERP experience of any kind (Acumatica, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage). The strongest differentiator.

Background in accounting, finance, logistics, or operations.

Previous application support experience on a business system: helpdesk, L2, or customer support.

Where it leads

Within 12 to 18 months the role expands into requirements gathering, functional specifications, discovery calls, and functional design, with certification and mentoring behind it.
