Lead Product Manager (with SoftSwiss exp)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to own and drive the development and performance of multiple iGaming brands across Tier-1 markets.

This is a leadership role combinin product strategy, commercial ownership, and team leadership. You will define product priorities, improve player experience and business performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Own product strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple iGaming brands

Lead and develop the Product team, setting clear goals and priorities

Analyze key product and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance issues

Drive improvements across the full player journey — from registration and deposits to gameplay, retention, and withdrawals

Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Analytics, and Technical teams

Monitor competitors, market trends, and player behavior across Tier-1 markets

Work directly with SOFTSWISS and other third-party providers

Requirements:

5+ years of Product Management experience within iGaming

Previous experience as a Senior / Lead Product Manager or Product Lead

Hands-on experience with the SOFTSWISS ecosystem

Strong understanding of online casino products and the full player lifecycle

Good knowledge of key product and commercial metrics

Strong analytical and data-driven approach

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Upper-Intermediate English or higher
