- Learn Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture and business processes;
- Assist in developing ERP customizations and technical solutions;
- Write SQL queries and basic PL/SQL programs;
- Support BI Publisher and OTBI report development;
- Learn and work with REST and SOAP Web Services;
- Assist in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations;
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide first-line technical support;
- Help prepare technical documentation following Oracle OUM standards;
