Description
Ensure the reliable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the hotel’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Provide advanced technical support, maintain network and hardware performance, and promptly resolve operational IT incidents across all departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT support or infrastructure experience; hotel experience is preferred.
- Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros or Oracle Simphony is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user-access management.
- Good knowledge of networking, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, switches and firewalls.
- Experience in hardware, software, server, backup and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection and secure payment environments.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, PBX, IPTV and structured cabling is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
- Good English; Russian
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, ITIL, Fortinet, MikroTik or Oracle Hospitality certifications are considered an advantage.
