IT Specialist

System administration — Manage and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.

Network management — Monitor network performance, configure firewalls, ensure secure connectivity.

Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner.

Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and enterprise tools.

Maintain backup systems, ensure data protection, and support disaster recovery procedures.

Conduct regular security checks, vulnerability assessments, and apply necessary patches.

Support integration of new applications into the existing IT infrastructure.

Manage IT inventory, equipment setup, and software licensing compliance.

Work with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable delivery of IT services.

Prepare basic IT reports and documentation for system changes, incidents, and updates.

3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networks, virtualization, and cybersecurity basics.

Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow).

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise applications is an advantage.

Strong communication skills for supporting both technical and non-technical users.

Professional certifications are preferred.

Fluency in Azerbaijan and English.
