Full-Stack Engineers (React/Node)

Main Responsibilities – Engineering Team

Maintenance and further development of existing platform services

Development of new backend features and services

Backend development with TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS

Development and operation of AWS-based services

Working with microservice and event-driven architectures

Taking ownership of existing production services

Analysis and reverse engineering of existing applications

Working with legacy code and historically grown systems

Production troubleshooting and incident resolution

Ensuring stability and reliability of production applications

DevOps and operations activities

Monitoring, logging and observability

Technical modernization and reduction of technical debt

Performance optimization

Proactive identification of architectural and operational improvements

Selected frontend/full-stack tasks using React

React - required within the team: at least 1–2 engineers must be able to cover React-based full-stack tasks.

This is primarily a backend/platform project, not a classical full-stack project.

Start: mid-October/November

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Workload: By agreement, 120–160 hours/month per resource, depending on the proposed profile and team composition

Team size: 4 developers + 1 Engineering Manager, 5 people in total
