Key Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of backend software.

Collaborate with Research & Development team members to create and launch new features and products, as well as enhance existing ones.

Write unit tests and perform initial testing of developed software.

Provide technical specifications and documentation to other technical teams to support implementation.

Ensure that code follows the latest coding standards and best practices.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., Applied Mathematics), or equivalent technical experience

Language Skills: Azerbaijani – Excellent; English – Intermediate

Professional Experience:

2+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer

Technical Skills:

Java and Spring Boot

SQL

HTTP protocols and REST

Algorithms and Data Structures

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Microservices architecture

Design Patterns

Unit and integration testing

Git

Knowledge of SOAP, XML-RPC, and PL/SQL is desirable

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and/or similar tools is desirable

Experience with Agile methodologies

Ability to work effectively in a team

Hands-on involvement in developing and enhancing backend software from day one

Collaboration with R&D teams to create and launch new features and products or enhance existing ones
