Automation Specialist (LLMs / n8n / Make)

AllAI is looking for an Automation Specialist to turn our manual processes into AI + automation workflows. Our approach: not "AI can't do that," but "how do we make it so it can."

What you'll do:

Find processes that are repetitive, time-consuming, and scale with the business

Prioritize automations by business impact vs. build complexity

Ship fast MVPs and iterate on them

Build automations for:Marketing & Sales — outreach to event organizers, lead enrichment, lemlist + Airtable CRM, sponsor matchmaking

SEO — technical checks based on Ahrefs + GSC, automated reports, an SEO agent for our sites

Blog — trend monitoring, content pipeline, auto-publishing

Social Media — multi-account post management, digests, statistics

PPC — keyword research, creatives, monitoring, reporting for Google/Meta/TikTok Ads

What we're looking for:

Expert-level in AI Automations (n8n, Make/Zapier, etc.)

Strong API skills: REST, webhooks, OAuth2, pagination, rate limits — including reading unfamiliar documentation unassisted (Airtable, lemlist, Gmail, GSC, Ahrefs, Ads APIs, LinkedIn)

JS/TS or Python (Airtable Scripting, n8n Code node, Apps Script), JSON/CSV handling, regex, timezones

SQL at the SELECT/JOIN/GROUP BY level, Airtable schema design, dedup/matching

Production LLM engineering: structured output, tool calling, RAG, cost control, fallbacks, basic evals

Experience with AI agent tools (Claude Code / Cursor / MCP)

Git, secrets management, logging, test/prod separation

Would be a bonus for us if you have experience with: scraping (Apify/Firecrawl/Playwright), vector DBs, Docker, Canva API / image generation

Since you will be working with marketing team the most, we prefer you to have (or a willing to learn) basics of marketing processes, including:

outreach;

sales;

social media content creation and publishing;

SEO;

content creation and management;

paid advertising.

The ability not just to execute a technical task, but to understand the underlying process and proactively identify ways to simplify, improve, or automate it.

Work format: remote, working closely with the process owner — from mapping the current flow to MVP, testing, and scaling.
