Automation QA Engineer (JS\TS)

Responsibilities & Activities

Build and maintain automated tests for Mobile, Web, and Backend applications;

Analyse test results, investigate failures, and help drive issues to resolution;

Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases;

Research and evaluate new automation tools, technologies, and industry best practices;

Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test automation development and maintenance;

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive QA and engineering workflows.

Experience & Skills You’ll Need

Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks;

Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, Detox, WebdriverIO, or similar automation frameworks;

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices;

Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar platforms;

Experience using AI to create, maintain, and improve automated test coverage;

Ability to leverage AI agents to increase productivity and automate routine engineering tasks;

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;

Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision;

Load and performance testing experience is a plus.
